Notes
Easy on the stomach by design — split mung beans are among the most digestible legumes. Turmeric + ginger make it gently anti-inflammatory. Add diced carrot or chayote for more vegetables. Photo: Adobe Stock (#448098883), licensed.

Anti-Inflammatory Reset
A gentle, restorative day of cooking, heavy on turmeric, ginger, and garlic. The bone broth is the long, slow base — get it going first (it will simmer for hours and the kitchen will thank you). Use some of it to loosen the kitchari as it cooks soft. Wind down with a warm cup of golden milk.
